Board-Certified Physicians

Comprehensive pulmonary function testing by a registered respiratory therapist is available on site. Overnight sleep testing is available for CSPM patients seven nights a week in our sleep center located within our Farmington Hills office.

Providing Exceptional Care

Our physicians are members of the medical staff of Providence Hospital, Botsford Hospital, and William Beaumont, Royal Oak. In addition to pulmonary and sleep inpatient consultations, the CSPM physicians also provide care in the intensive care units at Providence and Providence Park Hospitals.

Prescription Refills

In most cases, 24 to 48 hours are needed to process your refill request. Some prescription plans and medications require prior authorization, and this may take several days. Every effort will be made to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner.

Please note that medication refills will not be authorized for patients who have not been seen by a CSPM physician within the previous 12 months.
